Guest guest
, congratulations on the graduation! It must be nice to see you baby's head, but will probably take a little while to get used to. I know that when Sydney has her band off she looks " funny " to me because I'm so used to her band. About the sleep positioner - they aren't a cure all. We used one with memory foam and ended up with severe brachy. I didn't know I should vary her head position, and she loved to sleep looking face up. the memory foam didn't help at all. the good thing about it is that we co-slept and it made me more comfortable that I wouldn't squish her. Now she's way too big to squish :-) take care. -christine mom to sydney/ 9.5 mo/ starband 5-31-06 p.s. Guest guest
> Congratulations! I am sure being at the end of this process is a relief. My family and I on the other hand are just beginning this process. My son just got fitted last Saturday and we are waiting for the band to come in. I am glad to hear it was successful for you. It gives all of us beginners hope. -mom on 10 1/2 months > From: " universalg " <universalg@...> > Date: 2006/10/12 Thu PM 12:24:41 CDT > Plagiocephaly > Subject: Done > > We are done with the starband as of today. Guest guest
CONGRATS! Glad that your journey is over and you are happy with the results. You know, my Daughter graduated in May of 2005 and I STILL find myself looking at kid's heads all the time. I've talked to other people about their concerns with their baby's head shape and I stay on these support groups to help other people going through it, so, I guess it's a part of me. Anyway, I'm so glad that your Son is all done and you can move on. Jen (26 mo), tort resolved, Hanger Band Grad (4.5 years) > > We are done with the starband as of today. Guest guest
To those who have helped educate me on the subject of MMS, I thank you. I find I can no longer tolerate the childish bickering that has gone on and on and on and on.. it takes too long to try to read through all the rubbish to find the occasional informational post.
