Guest guest
Is the liquid version of Valtrex intravenous, oral, or both? We are considering pursuing this as a treatment option. We have read about the benefits, side effects, etc, but want to know a bit more of the mundane facts regarding administering the drug itself to a young child. Do some people crush the pills? Is the liquid form difficult to obtain through an average pharmacy? What are some suggestions for administering Valtrex to a toddler who does cannot take pills? Thank you.
