Guest guest
Fundamentally I think they are all bad. I know getting rid of all plastics may be impossible, but at the very least I would remove all plastics from anything to do with food and drink. Before we did this in our house I started doing a few little experiments, and I noticed that when things were stored in glass they lasted a lot longer than those stored in plastic. So in some way the plastics were affecting the food and causing in increase in oxidation among other things. Organic food is often expensive, so getting rid of plastic storage is actually going to save you a fair amount of money in the long run.
