Guest guest
Hello, I moderate 2 , and found that I had to screen out off-topics messages for them to succeed. I thought at first it would take me too much time, but found it took less time, and made the groups a lot better. Every so often someone gets upset when I don't approve her/his message. Oftentimes this person is really in the wrong group in the first place. I've only had to remove 5 or 6 people over a 5 year period, but it was important for both groups that these people were removed. The groups I moderate are for people under a lot of stress, so I was very happy to learn that most people, even in dire circumstances, like to follow rules. My point is that this group could use a moderator. I'd really like to learn more about MMS. Suzanne
Guest guest
, My last moderator seems to have given up .I'm in a remote location with sporadic Internet connection so I really need some backup.I don't mind a little off topic as long as its health related but I do agree we are going far astray at times. If we went moderated, I would need a moderator that would allow as much freedom of posting as possible and WHO would not delete controversial messages just because they don't agree with them. There is allot of controversy about the use of MMS and its protocols. I think everyone should make up their own minds about how they want to use it.Mods should probably consult on the iffy posts. Do I have any volunteers who can be so open minded? Guest guest
Is this group for promotion of MMS, and Jim Hubble protocols? Need filter out the hate. I almost responded to it. But after getting sort of chewed out last time I refrained from it. I see it is the same people who start that and it was the same topic that started it. Jim Hubble's news letter, last time it was the money he charges, before that, pictures posted and this time is the church he sponsors. Read for what it is, written in anger then screen it out. The other Group doesn't have this trouble. Guest guest
This group is for the exploration of MMS . Jims protocols,Toms protocols , internal and external use and for sharing whatever workss for individuals even if it conflicts with Jim Humbles way of doing it.Personally I love and believe Jim to be doing a good work. Others think hes gone off the deep end. Bashing and flaming are not allowed in any case.Dont know about the "other group" They may not allow opinions contrary to Jim Humbles view. Guest guest
well, I kind of like Jim Hubble, seen all his video's, got his books, and like to keep an open mind on the rest of it. Since I'm not a God myself I don't have all the answers. Also I had a intermittent internet connection until I purchased and ALFA 2000MW (2Watt) WIFI USB adapter +_ $40.00 and started using netstumbler. EVEN Through dense trees I get 75% signal. Before I was lucky to get 20%. From: montemomma2002@...Date: Sun, 21 Nov 2010 12:17:47 -0800Subject: RE: [ ] This Group Needs a Moderator This group is for the exploration of MMS . Guest guest
I'm with mostly Tech groups. Spammers get deleted & reported, flamers get warned then band on 3rd offense. No real style per say. Ron On 11/21/2010 6:28 PM, Wilkins wrote:  What groups Ron? What is your moderating style?
