I hope it works even a bit for my mother's arthritis, will post again after a few weeks trial. Hi Orrillia, you know I dont actually know how to use it or mix it with the mag oil, i just remembered someone said on one of my lists (either this one or blacksalve list) that they found great relief in mixing the two. I can't seem to find the post but I will have another look & if I find it I will copy it here. Val, thanks for replying. I am now using progesterone and iodine using DMSO. This way you can use a lot less and it gets in all parts of the body. What I do is spray on the DMSO in the area required, wait a minute or two and put on the cream or iodine. It is absorbed pretty fast. I will do the same for the mag oil Thanks for reminding me of that. Orrilia
