Do you put the whole head of lettuce in the water, or just the leaves? Or, do you cut them up?

I have,need 2 cola flacon but I newer was able to create that nice flow as they sowing up. gb I would not buy,any frees greens make water structured,the best is lettuce.lettuce makes water after 5 days even ORP -500 That is why curing even uncurable diseases Liver hepatities/ican give you the $5 dollar book name that listed all german hospital natural cures. Thanks, I'll give this a try. I hope that it works. Otherwise, I

can't think of one good use for iceberg lettuce. It certainly is

pretty devoid of nutrients. The best thing that I could say for it

right now is that it contains pure water when organically grown.
