Some where I read that doing a mix of MMS 1 and mixing it with the citric acid applying it to the skin

and then applying the DMSO

Incidentally the dmso does not have to prick the skin, it transports the MMS to where it is needed

this has been my method of using it on the skin.

I really do not like the taste of either so this is easier for me to take

The skin is our largest organ and many medicines are given this way.I feel it is much safer this way

I have just started the MMS2 and loving it!

I am a retired RN and new to this list.whoever started it here is a high 5

I also put the MMS2 in a spray bottle and spray it on Surfaces.

Not together.  Jim says wait a few hours with all antioxidants and I

am assuming that echinacea is an antioxidant. I took it for a number of

years and even raised my own,  but I am not sure about that. 

In any case, you must understand that these two healing devices work

against each other if taken in consort.  MMS gives up O and

antioxidants destroy free O radicals.

Sure you can . I would probably wait a couple of hours just in case the MMS zapped the good stuff in the echinesia. Remember MMS destroys things like viruses and bacteria etc by oxidizing them It doesnt build health like vitamins and herbs do. Two completely different ways of helping the body recover from illnesss.
