MMS1 can be purchased at the following site; also MMS2 capsules already made up can be purchased at the following site. I made up 500 of my own, but the calcium hypochlorite is irritating to the skin and I would suggest using gloves if you make your own. I purchased the calcium hypochlorite at 's Pool Supply for under $5, and 500 capsules from the health food store for under $10. Good luck and God's blessings...

Hello Roseann. I will be making my first gel filled MMS2 tomorrow. I have a

question, do I fill both sides of the capsules and just force the two ends

together? Or just fill the fatter of the two?

I also have the MMS1, and I plan on taking them both. I'll do the 1000

protocal along with one MMS2 capsule every two hours. i don't plan on

consuminmg more than eight a day. I would appreciate your oppinion regarding my

plan.

I'm sorry if there is some confusion. I originaly had a question on filling capsules of MMS2. I didn't purchse mine already made (like those you can purchase from the previously posted web site). I too purchased a pouch from 's Pools. It was a 72 or 73% calcium hypochlorite for a little under five dollars. Then I purchased 100 size zero gel caps from Henry's at a price of seven dollars. I beleive the price for MMS2, from the web site, is roughly $35.
