Hi again Mel

Regarding the yum cha - I haven't participated in one since banding

but my advice would be to avoid things like the chicken feet but you

should be able to manage steamed dumplings, etc. But most importantly

pace yourself. Don't have something every time the tray comes around,

even if everyone else is. Slow and steady. Little mouthfuls and chew

lots. And although we don't think so, people are not noticing what or

how little we eat - they're too busy eating themselves and enjoying

the company.

By the way what I write in my posts is just my opinion and experience -

if any of it helps you that's great - it's written with the idea of

trying assist - I don't mean to sound like a 'bossy boots'.

Enjoy your lunch and I'd better get off here and get on with my day!

Lorraine
