Update on Ga Autism license plates--please forward

Hello everyone,

As some of you know, over a year ago I went and started a state

petition to implement the making of Georgia Autism Awareness License

Plates. Since then, I did receive the necessary number of interest,

which was 1,000 names and later on I found out that we needed 1,000

orders placed first to proceed forward. An update, we only have 72

orders placed and paid for. Yes, it was disappointing to find this

out, but I'm confident that by passing along this info that our

number of orders will increase. Please be aware that a fee of 25

dollars is needed to place the order and it can be made at your local

tag office. Please pass along this information, as our time is

running short and could soon expire this from happening. We need to

show state representatives and others that we're strong advocates and

educators working to make a difference! A percentage of the proceeds

will benefit a local autism organization and the design of the plates

will be determined once the order of 1,000 plates is placed.
