I dont get this new protocol

If specific directions first clearly states to mix and

wait 3 min (3-5 not 10) and

then add water to make it properly then what the heck is with

all of a sudden mix and wait 20 seconds???

Very controversial don't you think?

What really matters then? Nothing according to these instructions.

One states drink within 10-20 min the other says drink it all day long

or two days as long as it does not touch pathegens. Once that water hits

your lips you got contamination in your bottle baby!
