Guest guest
Hello. Some days ago I saw too much sediment in my starter pot and I decided filter this, well...after this I do three brews, all these brews seems to me was low in yeasts.....I have more equilibrated brews that I can use, so, this is not a problem, but seems to me that filter the starter pot is a bad idea, just commenting here for if someone had the same problem. p ______________________________________________ LLama Gratis a cualquier PC del Mundo. Guest guest
p, I too have had the problem of my brews going too low in yeasts. Apparently a more common problem is to go too high in yeasts. But yes once again, unless one actually experience an imbalance in one's brews, I think it is very wise to not alter anything. It has been in mucking around that I've actually created imbalance problems where none existed. --V At 02:34 AM 2/15/2006, you wrote: >Hello. > >Some days ago I saw too much sediment in my starter pot and I decided >filter this, well...after this I do three brews, all these brews >seems to me was low in yeasts.....I have more equilibrated brews that >I can use, so, this is not a problem, but seems to me that filter the >starter pot is a bad idea, just commenting here for if someone had >the same problem. > >p ~~~ There is no way to peace; peace is the way ~~~~ --A.J.
