I am also a breastfeeding Mom to 3 kids (only 1 breastfeeding though)

and also on Nystatin. I did 2 tabs twice a day. I started with one for

a few days before going to 2. I then added in VRP Kandida Plex

starting with 1 and have worked up to 4 ( 2 twice a day). I take the

Nystatin with a No-Fenol and then between meals take Candex. 2 hours

away, I will take either bentonite clay or activated charcoal to help

with die off symptoms. You can also do epsom salt baths, but I never

had time for that :)

My die off lasted for a good 2 weeks, but was less severe than when I

had die off at the beginning of SCD (about 3 months prior). I am no

longer SCD (BED now).

Please feel free to e-mail me anytime if you want to talk further. I

have been struggling with this for the last year and am only just now

seeing some light.

You can get Charco-Caps at RiteAid and CVS. Take it as needed to help

with die-off.

I am on Nystatin, directions say 2 tablets, 4 times daily. The dieoff

is so severe that I'm having trouble keeping things down, and what's

coming out the other end, well.. I won't go there. I can't seem to

figure out how to fit AC in w/ 4 doses, and I don't think I can function

if I double dose. I'm trying to take care of 3 kids on top of this.

Obviously, it's working, and I need t, but I have to be able to

function. Any suggestions? Btw - I am still breastfeeding, so I

must stay hydrated to keep from dropping my supply.

Thanks,

I would back down the dose and watch that you aren't eating things to FEED the yeast so you can get through the die off part with out prolonging it
