My son is 5 years old and will be transitioning to kindergarten this fall.He is

high functioning ASD. His Child Study team is re-evaluating him and we are

likely to have his IEP meeting around end of May.

1. These are the tests that will be performed. Are there any other tests that

should be performed. Please advise.

Vineland II Adaptive Behavior Scales

Battelle Developmental Inventory

Expressive and Receptive One Word Picture Vocabulary Tests

Pre School Language Scales (4th or 5th Edition)

Woodcock- Third Edition, Test of Achievement Standard and Extended Test

Wechsler Intelligence Scale For Children IV

Sensory Profile

Beery-Buktencia Developmental Test of Visual-Motor Integration

2.They are most likely NOT going to decide on his school placement during the

meeting. Is placement letter given during IEP meeting or later? How can we ask

them for placement letter during meeting.

3.To get the current school- As per my CST, we need to send a letter to

superintendent and fill school request form. Have you come across anything like

this?
