Consider love on the scene ([see]n). There is a " feeling " that this is

a blunt trauma, in other words, the eye took the blow and absorbed the

" shock " , but did not damage the eye. It's as if the BB bounced off the

lens. Bruising has occurred but will clear up.

Dear freinds and family,

Just to let you know, there is never a dull moment in my life. Rocky was shot in the eye with a bb gun on Aug 12 th after washing cars to raise money for the AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY. (Relay for life). His best friend Brad shot from about 30 feet or so and it was unfortunate that it hit him in the eye. Rocky has had to surgeries so far and on Oct 1, st if he can see anything at all, the Doctor will schedule another surgery to put in a new lens. So please say lots of prayers that he will be able to see something. If he can't see anything , the Doctor will wait for a year or two and then I am not sure what will be the plan then. His mental being is just fine. The hard part is not being able to do his sports or ride his bike. That is troublesome. He is a real outdoorsy young man. He just started back to scouts. And school. I have read the post of the unfortunate accident of Rocky and I will

keep the young sweetie in my prayers. It is probably also difficult

for the boy whom accidentally shot him in the eye. I pray all is

ok. I also read what you have said , and from your track record

as being a wonderful soul, I believe you will be correct. Thank you

Thank you Luna dear. I'm sure it is difficult too for the friend who shot him in the eye. I couldn't imagine if I did that to someone else! I would have guilty dreams about it for the rest of my life! I still have guilty dreams about not taking care of my little rat when I was a little girl.
