Guest guest
Shoot…this guy doesn’t happen to be on the East Coast does he? From: [mailto: ] On Behalf Of DeB Sorell Sent: Tuesday, March 01, 2011 1:41 AM Subject: [ ] Re: dammit.debbie UPDATE Seems as though I just can't have TWO good days in a row. Stumbled upon a magnificent Physician today. He only treats 20 patients per day. Cost is $75. He rides his 10-speed to the office, wears flip-flops & is a vegan.... WOW !!!!!! PLUS, he's not PUNK KID... maybe 50-ish... He actually LISTENED to me & my theory of why I am so very ill. It was a blessing to have an EDUCATED person agree with me. I got Rx's for Nystatin & for a GENTLE intestinal cleanser. After many, many years, I can now say that I have a PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN. I will get the Rx filled tomorrow & keep y'all posted on the latest. I will skip my MMS dosing for a couple of days so this stuff can get to work on cleaning out my HOUSE. Dammit.Debbie > > Howdy Everyone! > > Just a note to let you know that I am feeling better tonight. A bit stronger. Ate a nice salad with a piece of baked chicken tonight. Still waiting to have a NORMAL BM... that would be a sign of wellness to me. Tonight was the end of DAY #8 of the MMS treatments. > > Got some new probiotics from American Health with FOUR different strains. Seems to have helped immensely in just a few days. I've had to switch to lemon or lime juice as the activator for MMS. The citric acid was just too hard on my tummy. Then I got MUCOUS filled bowels... That is gone now. > > I also decreased my dosing to 3 drops, 3 x daily. I was at 3 drops every hour for 6 x daily. It was just too much for my system to handle. I realize I have lots of bugs in my system and this will take time. My first Candida symptom popped out in 1987. So it has been building for decades. > > It's a shame that more Physicians are not educated on the signs and symptoms of Candida overgrowth. I have been horribly ill for 14 months now. I've only discovered what it is in the past 60 days. A " NEW " symptom happened... not a biggie, a coated tongue. That is how I stumbled upon info on Candida. It was quite the LIGHT BULB moment for me. > > I immediately altered my diet to eliminate carbs. Then I got a BAD reaction to a glass of milk. So milk is gone now also. I am going to get something called MEGA-D3 from Schiff, since all DAIRY is out of my diet. It is also loaded with Grape Seed Extract, which is touted to be a NATURAL ANTI-FUNGAL. Does anyone have knowledge about this product??? > > One should not get so wrapped up in the mechanics of " WHY " MMS works. I am ever so thankful that it has worked. I have been able to retire an hour earlier each night. I was not sleeping until sunup previously. I am now able to drift off around 2am or 3am. Hoping that continues. My mood has been cheerier today. Actually played with my little dog today. He's missed me so... even though he is at my side 24/7. > > My prayers are for continued RESTFUL sleep at the PROPER time (DARK), continued strength, continued lifting of brain fog, continued purging of DEMON pathogens in my system and restored health & vigor. I've got some grandkids that I want chase around in the near future. I hope all of your prayers are answered, too. > > Bless you one & all, > > I am Dammit Debbie xoxoxo >
Guest guest
I was told apple cider vinegar was a "no-no", and to use fresh lemon juice instead. Does anyone have insight on this? [ ] Re: dammit.debbie UPDATE Thank you for your suggestion...I shall keep it in mind. Just finished up my 3rd does of NYSTANTIN tonight. It is a week long liquid mix... but I must say that I am already feeling the FOG lift somewhat. My energy level is not that great yet. My mind is raring to go... just can't get the body in gear, hah!I am eating more. Salads with very thinly sliced DARK GREEN lettuce & lots of avocado, raw apple cider vinegar and EVOO with small portions of meat. ENJOYED half of a Granny Apple last night for my DESSERT. It was sour, but splendid to ME. How can one miss DECAF??? Well, I do... Couldn't drink it now anyways, because I've stopped ALL sweeteners. I believe my foot edema was caused by an allergic reaction to STEVIA. Stevia is gone, edema is gone. And of course... I dream about FLOUR TORTILLAS, hah...DOC wants me to wait a week, then refill the NYSTATIN. Then wait a week & get the ONE Diflucan pill to insure ALL or as much as possible of the Candida Fungus is out of me. That, along with the Candida diet & some light walking MIGHT do the trick. Will have to wait & see. I am MISSING my MMS like crazy... Can not wait to get back on it. I am extra cautious about mixing so many protocols in my frail condition. But I AM feeling BETTER.Thank you again, Dammit Debbie xoxo

Guest guest
About two years ago I worked myself back up to 15 drops of mms and 45 drops of apple cider vinegar. At one time I was taking 30. This was all part of a plan to combate prostate cancer. Now I am taking three drops of mms with 15 drops of vinegar daily. I take in the morning two hour before I eat. I actually like to take it before I go to bed but I have a bad habit of eating in the evenings. The important point is to take it on an empty stomach and wait at least one hour better two before one eats. I know it works for me for a lot of reasons. My body tells me both when I take too much and if I am not taking enough. The three drops are working well now. Hope this helps.
