Guest guest
Molly, my son also was really sensitive to smells and a picky eater. Food texture was a big thing for him. I was actually considered a picky eater (still don't like veges much, LOL) but he outdid me! Anyway, he also had little things like getting dizzy easy (I always knew he didn't like to swing, etc., like my other kids), just little things the OT found. Do keep us posted! > > Thanks so much for everyone's helpful information- I do think (and have thought for a long time now) that she has sensory issues that go beyond the norm- food pickiness, sensitivity to smells that waxes and wanes, etc. I've mentioned it to the pediatrician + the psychiatrist and I get the sense that not everyone out there is on board with sensory disorders. Next step is clearly an OT evaluation. I'll keep everyone posted. > Thanks again, > Molly
