OT:Opting to take a matter to court, stress of that on a bab infected heart

I have had a terrible loss of my mom. She left the living with very bad after

death decisions. What is the risk of challenging her decisions in depositions

and court when you have a heart that has had one heart attach two years ago and

have a bab. infection currently that you are fighting. Obviously there is the

Lyme and other cos at large. I am gaining ground on this personal health front,

but I do not know about opting for a big fight to come, if it is worth the

agitation. My heart is stressed now just writing this.

Your thought would be appreciated.

I know it is a bad time for her to die, but I could not have predicted her death

or her decisions.
