Wow from you. Thank you. She was not getting oxygen to her brain. Bad

heart kidney failure brain confusion. Trouble since 2005 November. I figured

she picked up lyme and cos from blood transfusions. My sister and I are

watching all our family stuff go to charities unless contested. Lymeover

I have had a terrible loss of my mom. She left the living with very bad

after death decisions. What is the risk of challenging her decisions in

depositions and court when you have a heart that has had one heart attach

two years ago and have a bab. infection currently that you are fighting.

Obviously there is the Lyme and other cos at large. I am gaining ground on

this personal health front, but I do not know about opting for a big fight

to come, if it is worth the agitation. My heart is stressed now just

writing this.

Your thought would be appreciated.

I know it is a bad time for her to die, but I could not have predicted her

death or her decisions.

That is certainly very hard on you all! I suspect you will need to have

lawyers involved and that will be expensive. I wish there was a simple

answer but I don't see one!
