Hello Tammy,

I don't know much about that protocol. I have heard both pros and cons, and some people seem to have some positive results.

You can go here to read about Salt and Vitamin C: http://www.lymephotos.com/

Basically you just take mineral salt and powdered vitamin C mixed in water and drink it (disgusting taste!) or you can take PURE sodium tablets (what I am doing) with vitamin C. Like anything else you start out very slow and gradually increase.

I am also taking MSM which you can read about here: http://www.msm-info.com/

I am on day 12 and doing fantastic! I'm at about 90% "normal" going from flat in bed with chronic Lyme and coinfections.

Tammy,I'm happy to hear that this is working for you. It's been my understanding that MMS1 is neutralized by Vitamin C. Does anyone have any input regarding combining these two protocols?

A great site where you can learn about the Salt/C protocol is

lymestrategies/. It contains a wealth of

information about the right kind of salt, the proper way to scale up, and the

target amount you're shooting for, as well as a ton of information about adjunct

therapies. There's an e-book that I think is well worth the money if you want

to make sure you're doing it right.

Good luck.
