Guest guest
I believe concord grapes have Vit C in them. http://www.livestrong.com/article/113196-nutritional-concord-grapes/ I just put everything in empty gel caps. You taste nothing. Tammy
Guest guest
Yes, put the MMS into a gel cap and just take it like a regular pill. Mix it up to activate like usual then use an eye dropper thing to suck it up and put it in the capsule. I had I think size 00 capsules. You have to use a couple if you are taking larger doses. I used 50% citric so you didn't need as many drops. And move QUICK once you get it in there or the capsule will begin to turn to goo :-) Tamy
Guest guest
I have read somewhere that grape juice is not the best with MMS. Try cranberry instead. Trader Joe's sells it without any additives. I have to add organic syrup or coconut sugar to it, because it is too tart. I don't think regular sugar should be consumed with anything, anywhere, anytime. On 1/20/11 1:56 PM, L. S. wrote: > > Hi, my mm1 came in the mail today from project green. It was a fast > delivery! Guest guest
If you have cancer, you should not have anything with sugar in it. Juice without additives can be bought at any health food store.
Guest guest
Tammy- This grape juice I made from the grapes I picked last September do not have any added Vitamin C. It's the sugar I put in the juice before I canned it. Is it ok to use this juice since I added sugar to the grapes? That's my question. Anyone know? I'd like to take my first dose as soon as I find out. My husb. couldn't find any juice without added Vit C at the store. > > I believe concord grapes have Vit C in them. > _http://www.livestrong.com/article/113196-nutritional-concord-grapes/_ > (http://www.livestrong.com/article/113196-nutritional-concord-grapes/) > I just put everything in empty gel caps. I am still figuring out these threads and I am assuming you are talking about the MMS1?
Guest guest
Yes, I know I shouldn't have sugar, but these concord grapes were so tart, even though they were very ripe, so I put sugar in the canning jars. I found 2 different kinds of apple juice at Safeway. Hurray. Simply apple juice (they have the orange juice too) which I found in the cooler with the orange juice. No added Vit C! It looks dark and rich like cider. elli's was the other cider. It's thinner, in a small glass jug on the shelf of juices. No added Vit c! I'm really glad I bought the book too, almost didn't. > > If you have cancer, you should not have anything with sugar in it. Guest guest
I never mixed it with water - just MMS plus 50% citric acid, activate and put in a gel cap then drink it down with water. I always drank coffee when I was taking it but I'm no authority on any of this. Tammy

Guest guest
Tammy- That other guy on U tube- s Kalcker says not to drink coffee while you are on mm1 because it weakens it's effects. He says you can drink coffee, but the effect of the mm1 won't be as strong as it should. > > > I never mixed it with water - just MMS plus 50% citric acid, activate and > put in a gel cap then drink it down with water.
