Guest guest
Hi everyone! We have an appointment with my daughter's psychiatrist on Wednesday. I've been a bad, snooping mother and I've read some of Jessika's stories that she's written. She loves writing! There's a lot of things in her short stories that I'm feeling concerned about, like a girl being picked on in school, oink comments being made (my daughter is overweight, not having any friends. I think she's writing about herself but she always denies being picked on and her teacher hasn't noticed anything. My concern is that if I mention anything to the doctor she'll know I've read in her book. A lot of her writing is great imagination and I love that she writes. I don't want her to stop because she thinks I'll read it. I'm going to sit tonight and write everything I need to inform her doctor about so I don't forget while sitting there trying not to be intimidated! hahaha Any suggestions about how to handle this?
