Hi . I just want to make sure I have this correct. Would this be this kind of alfalfa tablets http://www.iherb.com/Now-Foods-Alfalfa-10-grain-650-mg-500-Tablets/378?at=0, and would you use soap like Sunlight, how much of the soap would you use and how long would you soak in the tub?
