Guest guest
These candies sound good. Thanks fro sharing. We also like using powdered ginger (in the spice rack is OK) sprinkled into boiling water to make a hot tea then sweeten with honey. I make mine rather stron and hubby likes a lighter taste. This ginger tea really calms the stomach and can be taken hot, warm or chilled from the frig. Just another Idea that might be an easy, soothing help. Licorice root powder (loose powder, tea bags or from opening Licorice root capsules) also makes a stomach soothing tea that has a naturally sweet taste. It is not the licorice candy we first think of when one says licorice, but comes from a plant root that has a decidedly sweet, slightly musky(?) flavor. Licorice root also helps support the adrenals and always makes me feel less tired as well as have more energy also. Licorice root should not be taken on a regular basis by anyone with high blood pressure or on blood pressure medication. Praying and hoping for your relief from nausea and for healing, paula
