Hi ,

There are folks here who have children who have appeared to have

outgrown . For example, my son fevered for about 2 to 2.5 years

and has not had a fever since June 2006. Of course, there is always

the chance that the fevers can come back . . . but we can only hope

not. So there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

Hi,

My daughter (8 in a month) had many many episodes from infancy until

4/5, since

then it has been much more sporadic. She hasn't had an episode since

school

began (she had four in a row this fall, so it's been since October!)--

so, I don't know if that

offers hope, but it has definitely has changed for the better over

the years for us. We still

plan for it and make sure we have the school informed, prednisone in

the fridge and NSAIDs

on hand, but really this school year has been so . . . normal. She

has even gained weight/

grown more than anytime in the past. Many people have commented on

it; she is just plain

stronger without the fevers/not eating, and all the other stuff that

goes w/it.

FYI, she did have the known genetic fever disorders ruled out.

Hi there group members

Please respond to Adam off-line in regards to comments

about any particular suppliers, i.e. EOU. I'm assuming

that's OK with you Adam? We don't want to start

flaming here, and we have that new rule about not

discussing individual suppliers. If you have any

general remarks about why certain essences might last

longer or whatever, I think that's OK.

Hi all - I appreciate and understand the moderator's comments. However, I

would also appreciate any particular information about EOU as well and was

delighted when I saw Adam's question. My email address is annrn@....

Thanks in advance.

Hi, Herb. I hope you are recovering well from your surgery.

Thus far, science showing the greatest promise for longevity is the

practice of CRON. Participants of CRON have an e-mail discussion group

which may be accessed at: http://www.crsociety.org/

Also, there are a number of web pages and blogs dedicated to the

practice. Here's one: http://www.matthewlake.plus.com/home.htm

As for lowering blood pressure, the DASH diet gets some recognition.
