Fresh ginger, sliced, and boiled in water (or ground, and steeped in

boiling water), will make a delicious and healthful tea. You can add

some stevia leaves for sweetner if you want. No sugar needed. It is

very helpful with nausea, also for motion sickness, dizziness in

general. It is great for the autoimmune system as well. Sara
