I'm so sorry that you felt that everyone on this list was mean to you. I think sometimes it is easy to be misunderstood because the tone of voice and facial expression do not come through in an email.

I'm sorry to see you leave the list because I think everyone was really trying to help. I know I was very interested in your problem and tried to think of some way to help.
