Know THEIR name ?That one took a phone call and many minutes fo r me too. Settin g up to practice you encounter these tiny barriers that trip you up for hrs.Also it is good to have a good relationship with a medical supply company. I often have called them and siad i dunno what you call it but what I want is.... and I think I ordered some in 2005.... and they know what they sell, and help.
