Guest guest
, thanks for the info. We are currently SCD and our DAN recommended adding the fermented food/drink. I am intimidated by the thought of making my own so I was hoping this was a good way to give it a try. thanks for your insight. > > > > > > Hi all, > > > > > > Has anyone tried the Coco-biotic from the BED website? Guest guest
We made it here on our own with the young coconuts. Don't be intimidated. It was actually fun to crack all those coconuts. We had our produce manager at Wegman's order teh coconuts for us. He was very helpful and happy to order them, and knew exactly what they were. We have seen improved bowel movements, but a big decrease in appetite. Not happy about the appetite decrease as we had all just noticed that he was eating much better prior to starting yck. BUT, maybe it's some type of gut healing going on? : Has anyone tried Coco-biotic from BED? , thanks for the info. We are currently SCD and our DAN recommended adding the fermented food/drink.
