Why I think Cancer may spread after surgery

I used the search term body in trauma after surgery. Oddly enough i found a lot more studies about horsesand other animinal then i did about humans. Under human I found more for prevention for shortened trauma by Vitamins given before and after surgery. this pdf was found under human trauma after surgery. Which explains the immune system goes to zero for a varied period of time. It's not because of the old folk tale the tumor was exposed to the air. Many articles compared the trauma of surgery to the trauma of burn victims where trauma is more visible.
