Guest guest
Someone said the following on another mercury list I'm on. In my mind, this is relevant to whether we do a 7/7 schedule, as my doc has recommended, or a 3/11 or 3/4, as others have used. Can anyone speak to this statement with certainty (i.e. research to back it up): << It has also been said, that most of the mercury that is pulled out each cycle, is pulled in the first 56 hours. Something like 90% of it. So, by the end of the 3rd day, the mercury that can come out that round has come out. After that, it takes the body time to balance and be in a position to release the mercury again. Terri
