Guest guest
Hi, sounds like you are doing WONDERFUL!! And you WILL look great for Thanksgiving. Hugs~Connie Happy Tuesday! Hi Ladies! Liz, glad to see you are back and feeling better. I missed your daily posts. I have fallen behind on my daily postings. I made sure to do at leas 40 LL breaths each day this past weekend. I ate huge sampling of stuff so I didn't bother to list it all. I didn't gorge but I wasn't perfect either. Yesterday I was also very hungry and at a lot. I don't feel guilty. It is hard for me to not measure so much. I have not measured since Saturday but my butt has surely lifted and I am clearly thinning out. I can only imagine how great I will look for Thanksgiving and the holiday. I love keeping at this. I am so scared to miss a day for fear that my depression will return. I hope everyone else is doing well. What can changing the way you breathe do for you? Everything! See why tens of thousands agree, Life Lift is the best! http://www.oxygenzoo.com

Guest guest
Dearest brother, I know that you are such a kind soul and your absence here is missed but I am certain it is always for a great reason. Especially writing a book! I look forward to reading it! You are a very gifted writer and I am sure you will get it published very soon!! Thank you for the heads up! Oh, yes, a sticky space bar can be quite a nuisance but try to think of it as another in need, maybe it needs some loving cleaning for a library has many people typing and tapping on it's keys.... Thank you for all of your beautiful poems and stories. I and the family are always here for you, take your time, it is difficult when you do not have access at home. I just got this pc a couple of years ago. Now I can't imagine not having it, but years back I did just as you, I went to the local library. I got this one as a gift. Thank goodness for kind friends! hehe Hope to be seeing your posts soon, my friend and take care!! Guest guest
Dearest Sister Luna; I sincerely thank you for the kind words. Today I am basicly catching up on so many personal emails that I have long neglected to reply to. As of last sunday I now have an older but working fine home pc. I will have to wait until my finances get alittle more stable, then I will get a connection and an isp. I am patient, thank goodness. I will try very soon to write some new poetry. The trick is that it has to come on it's own. If I "try" it is impossible. Usually, I think of one beautiful flowing sentence and build the whole thing around it. This is true. Oh.. a mental note... If a poem here is dated, it is new or very close to it. If there is no date, it is my older work I have managed to hang on to for many years. I have lost many things in life but thankfully, not my work. It is my life's diary. May all here have a most wonderful perfectly perfect day. I am thankful for being a part of such a beautiful group with so much energy. I feel it, no joke. Compassion To All, Randy Pinpoint customers who are looking for what you sell.
