Becasue there is all this tedious obscure sometimes useless stuff going on in this country about measuring it( medical homes etc0 Fill out this questionairre doctor on your time and if we like it your patietns have no copay. Pay 500.00 to ncqa and fill out OUR " tool " and you will get " recogntion " Recogntion this. So I hear the NZ and canada do not particulalry measure Qualiyt in primary care other than in Canada they collect some data So we all know the layer s of issues with collecting who has had how many hga1c's... Does anyone know what Britain does? or France or japan or Germany?
