Oh, this is so on point with how I have felt inside lately,

wanting to not beat myself up over past events. I tell others, don't

regret what you have already done, if it felt right to you at the

time, it was...Time for me to look at things myself and follow my own

advice and thank you for this post. It is a reminder to be kinder to
