Hi Naureen- How are you doing? I am finally getting my practice going. Like the idea that this credit card can take HSA and FSA. How did you get your equipment for free. Web site says $400-500 dollars

I received a postcard from this place last year advertising credit card processing for doctors. To be honest, the postcard looked kinda

cheap, but I investigated it anyway and signed up. I have been using it for 8 months and I am very happy. PROS- they send you the equipment for free, the processing charges are pretty low and the billing statement is only $5 monthly. (I had

$215 in credit card charges for copays last month, my total fee was $11, the 5 for statement and the rest for processing.) It is very

easy to use. They train you on the phone, it takes only 10 minutes. Customer service is great, one time I charged someone the wrong amount and right in fromt of the patient I called and they helped me fix it over the phone very quickly. It is set up specifically for

medical offices, so all the insurance company debit cards and flex spending accounts work on it.CONS- 2 year conract, I cant remember the specifics, but figured that

if I didn't like it, I would only have to pay $5 per month for 2 years.American express is expensive, they charged me something like $6 fee and then another amex statement fee of 4 for a 10 copay, so now, I

won't take it anymore.Supplies, you have to buy in a large quantities. I bought a box of the paper (those little heat sensitive rolls) and that will probably last me the next 15 years!In any case, I am very happy. No financial ties, ownership interests
