relocating to jacksonville florida

My family visited my sister in law in jacksonville for the holidays and fell in love. We plan to move there in the next 2 years. Does anyone have any info, insight, etc. on Duval, Clay, or St. sCounty? I need info for housing, schools that are best for Aspergers (my dd will be in middle school this fall), jobs, etc. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advanceRobin
