Guest guest
I have the same thing on my hands...it's a bit itchy, dry and slowly spreading. It is skin colored. My doctor muscle tested for the source. Turned out to be due to metals and stress. Sounds strange to me, but she's not been wrong with anything else to this point. I thought that it might be bacterial, so I started OLE, but it hasn't put a dent in it. And it couldn't be fungal because we've been doing threelac for 8 months now and fungus/yeast is under control. I don't believe that it is eczima though. A couple days ago, I started doing a homeopathic Detox Kit for metals. We'll see if it helps. Let me know if you find out anything about the rash that you've come up with. thanx, karen > > I removed grains, wheat, starches and milk from my diet for months. > However, I've given into temptation on occasion and all of a sudden I > have tiny blisters on my fingers that have turned in to dry, cracked > patches. > > Am I stirring up something or is this die off??? Guest guest
I definately agree with the immune system and shock. This happened for me immediately after I came to terms with Ian'a autism. The realization put my body into full-fledged shock. I had a knot in my stomach for a month...I couldn't eat...I lost 10 lbs. Shortly after that the tiny bumps appeared on the palm of my hand. I do believe that my immune system weakened and allowed this to happen. It's amazing how much emotion plays in our well-being. karen > > no this is your body was calming with the allergens being out and then in shock with it back in with the cheats, it's playing tricks on the immune system and it can't keep up > > Recovering from Autism is a marathon > NOT a sprint, but FULLY possible! > Read more about it on my BLOGs at > http://www.myspace.com/christelking > http://foggyrock.com/MyPage/recoveringwishes > Eczema? > > > I removed grains, wheat, starches and milk from my diet for months. > However, I've given into temptation on occasion and all of a sudden I > have tiny blisters on my fingers that have turned in to dry, cracked > patches. > > Am I stirring up something or is this die off??? Guest guest
Could it be dermatitis herpetiformis? Does it itch and is it symmetrical (on both sides of the body in the same location - fingers on both hands?) Did your moment of weakness involve gluten? > > > > > I removed grains, wheat, starches and milk from my diet for months. > > However, I've given into temptation on occasion and all of a sudden I > > have tiny blisters on my fingers that have turned in to dry, cracked > > patches. > > > > Am I stirring up something or is this die off??? Guest guest
Even though the description of " classic " dermatitis herpetiformis includes intense itching, some people say their DH does not itch. Have you found any good info on DH? If not, let me know and I will rustle up some links for you. Blessings, > > > > Could it be dermatitis herpetiformis?
