Vitality super greens - Does it have gluten?

We are switching to the Body Ecology Diet. My two boys have Celiac Disease. I noticed that the Vitality Super Greens which is highly recommended has barley grass juice. Does this have gluten? Dana didn't you do SCD with success? I think the BED blended with the

SCD is the magic bullet for most of our kids...that is our goal for

Matt...I think the SCD does not get the yeast...its principals got rid

of diahrea in our house though....the grains in BED make me very

nervous as do the enemas - though we have ordered the kit recommended

by ( and probably the BED site)...what is going to be your

strategy for melding the two approaches...Di

Hi Dana,

Nope, Vitality didnt have Gluten in it, I use it already with jason. BUT it has S Boulardii in it, so you need to think about it, if your son is allergic to yeast derived products, it may cause problems. And try it slowly in low dose (I use 1/2 scoop for weeks before increase it).

I think its a good option for adding in some nutrients..
