I would use them with caution. He may also be having a paradoxical effect with the drugs. This is common in children. It means they have the opposite effect. Ritalin is used for this purpose. Ritalin is a stimulant but in kids it (sometimes) has this paradoxical effect. Does your son sleep with you? Kimme
Guest guest
Hi! Just wondering - haven't heard from you before and now see you are on all of the lists! Can you tell us a little more. I hate to say this but these very well could be part of an autism spectrum disorder. You need to see a pediatric neurology specialist who specializes in autism for a diagnosis. Not just a pediatrician. And not someone just guessing at meds. Or a homeopath if you want cure. Let me know where you live and I'll see who is in your area. Please tell us more and how you came to be on all of these lists at once. Sheri At 07:46 AM 01/22/2001 -0800, Steph wrote: >I am hoping that someone can help me or have some >suggestions. Guest guest
Our son slept 2-3 hours then would wake up for an hour then go back to sleep for another 2-3 hours throughout the night until we took him off all milk products. Since eliminating all milk and casein over 2 years ago, he has been a solid 9 hour sleeper.
