Valtrex-- Day 20-- no change

Hi Listmates,We have been on Valtrex for 20 days now and seeing now difference. Our son had our titers hv 6 elavated. I would have expected to see his temperature go up. Should I see something. We are on 500 mg twice a day. Our son is 6 years old. I know Stan says 250 mg/ 3x day. Our Valtrex trial is for a month. Should we try longer if we are seeing no regression? Also, we are not seeing any yeast flare up. Could there be a yeast flare up and could we be completely unaware of it? We seemed to see some regression with OLe. How is this possible? Your thoughts please.
