Backgrouund checks and references are important; also, I start the college students off at $10.00 and then raise them to $15.00 if they are good and dependable. Yes...I think the going rate is 8-15. I have a wonderful lady working

with my son...She is so experienced and just a perfect match for him

for play therapy. She is worth the 25 It's just a matter of

preference and probably the going rate in each state is different.
