What goes in Box 32 for a home visit?

What do you put on the CMS 1500 form in Box 32 if you make a

home visit? Your regular office address? That doesn't seem quite right,

since the service was in the patient's home. But putting the patient's

home address somehow doesn't feel right either.

Thanks, I tried searching the archives for mention of this, but

could not find anything.
