Hi, for those of you doing the dosing every 4 hours - what schedule of days are you using 3 on /11 off or 3 on/4 off or 4 on/4 off etc.. and what doses? Is it fair to assume that if I'm currently giving my son 200mgs every 8 hours that he would get 100 mgs every 4?

That's what I did and it seemed to work okay.
