Enzymes. Read enzymestuff website thoroughly and since it will be

difficult to get your mom and your dd on board with extremely

restrictive food choices asap...give her an enzyme before the

appropriate enzyme before anything goes into her mouth...and in between

meals and snacks the ones that clean up and clear up the gunk...cut,

sugar...all sugars asap, gluten temporarily and casein in the short

term too unless it is in butter or homemade yogurt...switch to whole

foods and the only treats are fruit for at least three months and no

more than two servings a day....this approach knocked my dear d off the

spectrum of impulsiveness and other quirks completely in under four

months...EVERYONE comments now on how lovely and mature and bright she

is...she was a terror and out of control from yeast etc last year! She

just turned 4 in January. Nip this thing in the bud and get good

nutrition on board bc what you are seeing at three will be there in her

teens if you do not...and express itself much more tragically...

Terra can have limited amount of Ezekial bread now as well as some

grains, soaked first...and even small amount os sugar without coming

undone...but it took , high dose probiotics, diet eliminations, strict

for three months, less strict last month, and still no crap like

mcdonalds or m and ms and candy with all the fake gunk in it...the

occassional bit of real chocolate, dark, is okay....she eats veggies

now and meat and so many great things that she never ate before...she

was a complete carb addict. Dave her a lifetime of grief and

issues...sort her diet choices NOW while you can make patterns and

influence them....Di
