SSIII is Spectrum Support III, a vitamin and mineral product from

Brainchild Nutritionals

(www.brainchildnutritionals.com).

They are a small company, devoted to products for kids like ours, founded

by the dad of autistic kids, and I have a lot of respect for them.

Creon is a prescription digestive enzyme containing Lipase, Protease and

Amylase. Dr. Cade in Florida uses it a lot. We give it to my

son with meals. I can't really tell whether it helps or not, but

our immunologist doc feels strongly about giving it, as Z's allergy

testing showed MANY reactions to foods, indicating a leaky gut. The

doc feels that the enzymes will ease the effects, as they help the body

break down the foods more fully.

Can you elaborate more on this -- did you do specific tests to determine

which enzymes? What is creon? My son has been taking

digestive and fat

enzymes but I'm wondering if there's more specific ones that could be

helpful.
