Is he even aware of all the types of DS? It does not sound like it.

Otherwise, he would not blanketly say that it is the oocytes of the

mother and related to her age. GEEZ...what kind of school did this guy

attend for his college degree? 85% of children with Down Syndrome are

born to mothers UNDER THE AGE of 35. MDS and Translocations are NOT

caused from maternal age and old eggs. My patient has worn real thin

with this guy and other " medical professionals (?) " . Precisely the

need for a landmark case!
