And lays her heavy hand upon your heart,

Or should your soul be wont to curl inward,

Take my hand and I will be there.

Silence can be beautiful if given the proper ! due,

But so, too, can the sure knowledge that

Being alone and suffering in silence

Denotes merely a choice we make.

Listen when you quiet your inner voice

And heed its desires./ p>

For it is in the heart that truth resides,

Companion to respect and honesty.

Battles are not won by single souls.

To fight with honor and dignity at times

Requires t! he strength to know that

There is a deeper power found beyond one.

Be true to yourself and you will soar to untold heights.

Be not daunted by the dawning of a day,

Or the setting of the sun.
