When dad came in to get him I was crying. "Don't upset your mother, Matt." ANd he scooped him up. Guest guest
I guess that's one thing as parents most of us will probably never take any thing our kids do for granted. There's a lot of pain, no doubt, but the joys that come hit so hard, its an unbelievable feeling. Working towards your kid recovering is damn hard, and absolutely exhausting, but when you start to see the progress, it seems to access some kind of energy reserve, so that you just don't stop and keep going, no matter how tired you are. And then talking about it gives more energy to others. By the way, did I mention I was tired..... Thanks for the energy boost! Cheers klbushey@... wrote: It just keeps getting better for you!!! Guest guest
Di, That's so wonderful. I know how exciting and moving it can be to have your little one respond to you. Something similar happened to me today, and it was wonderful, but it still made me cry. Kim --- diatplay wrote: > I woke up very down today bc Matt had runny/wet > bm last night...SO > frustrating. I still remember my son saying that for the first time before he lost all speach at 16 months. It truly is so wonderful for your son to hit this milestone.
