Would you feed your child sardines?

Okay, gross, I know. Sardines ... yuck. BUT let's say your child would eat

them .. would you

allow them? They are low in mercury but also in a can. I have been avoiding

any canned

food with my son.

I would in a heartbeat...use enzymes if concerned....SO good for

you...def. feed them....

I guess I am just worried about them coming from a tin. I agree though, the

good will

outweight the bad in this. Like I said, omega 3's are really tough for us as he

won't take

CLO. I was thinking of trying to mix a few sardines into something else and see

if he

notices.
