2nd Round of Chelation-When in cycle do I test for metals?

Hello Listmates,

I am into my second round (second day of 3 days on 3 days off) of

ALA/DMSA chlelation with my autistic son and I am wanting to test for

metals excretion. Would you do a one time urine collection toward the

end of the 3rd day or would you do a 24 hour collection? What is the

best way to determine what if any excretion my son is getting? Thank
